Get ready for the 2026 Young Professionals Summit—an afternoon designed to spark ideas, build connections, and bring this year’s theme to life: Connect the Dots – Turning Relationships into Impact.

This year, we’re creating a fresh experience with a new time, new location, and an exciting lineup in the works. Through engaging conversations and real-world insights, you’ll learn how to turn everyday connections into meaningful opportunities—for your career, your organization, and our Sarasota community.

We’re also proud to celebrate the incredible talent in our community with the Young Professional of the Year Award, recognizing an outstanding individual making a meaningful impact in their workplace and beyond. Nominations are now closed.

Schedule

Check-in begins at 1:15 PM. Come early to network and start connecting the dots before the program kicks off around 1:45 PM.

The Summit will wrap up around 5:00 PM—but we’re not done yet.

✨ Connection Hour: Join us immediately following the program! Head to the 8th floor to unwind with drinks, light bites, and even more opportunities to build meaningful relationships in a relaxed, social setting.
