Get ready for the 2026 Young Professionals Summit—an afternoon designed to spark ideas, build connections, and bring this year’s theme to life: Connect the Dots – Turning Relationships into Impact.

This year, we’re creating a fresh experience with a new time, new location, and an exciting lineup of speakers ready to share real-world insights on the power of meaningful relationships. Through engaging conversations and impactful storytelling, attendees will hear from Marcey Walsh of Dale Carnegie, Chris Williams of Aginto | A Digital Agency, and Will Luera of Lifeline Productions as they explore how authentic connections can create opportunities, strengthen communities, and elevate careers.

We’re also proud to celebrate the incredible talent in our community with the Young Professional of the Year Award, recognizing three outstanding individuals making a meaningful impact in their workplace and beyond. This year’s honorees are Alyssa “Ali” Orme of Caldwell Trust, Cassie Friedman of Ace Electric, and RJ Ricci of Segrera Associates.

Schedule
For parking, proceed up the ramp, and the gate will open automatically. You are welcome to park on levels 2 through 6.

Check-in begins at 1:15 PM. Come early to network and start connecting the dots before the program kicks off around 1:45 PM.

The Summit will wrap up around 5:00 PM—but we’re not done yet.

✨ Connection Hour: Join us immediately following the program! Head to the 8th floor to unwind with drinks, light bites, and even more opportunities to build meaningful relationships in a relaxed, social setting.

Please note that no lunch will be served at the event. Lite bites will be available at the Connection Hour sponsored by MIDFLORIDA Credit Union.
