We are excited to share that two local properties are entering a fresh new era.

Ameniti Bay will become Coral Pointe Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection® property.

Magnolia Pointe will become Caretta Landing Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection® property.

Inspired by Sarasota’s vibrant Living Gulf, these new identities celebrate the beauty, character, and coastal spirit that make our destination so unique.
