We make the case that growth marketing applied to a biz with broken or leaky foundations doesn't produce sales... instead, all that effort just accelerates the leak.

The talk focuses on a simple but powerful concept... The 3-legged stool of business.

Every founder's brand and marketing must clearly communicate four things to their ideal customer (who the offer is for, why they should care, how the transformation happens, and what they're actually buying). Whenever one of those legs is missing or wobbly, the stool breaks and growth stops.

Attendees walk through a live "wobble audit" — four yes/no questions that reveal whether their business is structurally capable of converting attention into revenue right now. It's practical, exciting, and built for founders who are doing the work but not seeing desired returns. Attendees leave with a clear picture of exactly where their foundation is failing and what to fix before spending another dollar on 'growth.'

Our Presenters:

J-Ryze & Cyn are co-founders of Ryze Branding and co-hosts of the Eyes Wide Open Podcast. They've spent years helping entrepreneurs use business & brand basics to boost any metric that matters. Jay pulled himself from homelessness by helping Evan Carmichael scale from 1000 to 3 million followers, and has since built a rep as 'the brand badass', turning confused brands into clearly profitable ones. Cyn, a Sarasota native and USF alum, spent a decade homeschooling before channeling that teaching instinct into monthly workshops and community events. Combining that with her natural talent for marketing, connection, and rapport... together, their mission is to help as many founders as possible stop 'chasing growth', and start 'ryzing' towards their dreams.
