Marla spent almost 30 years with Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing leadership, where she learned the power of relationships, teamwork, and earning trust through consistency and authenticity. Those decades shaped her into a mentor, a strategist, and a steady partner for both colleagues and clients.

She’s worn many hats: performer, marketer, small-business owner, listener, and problem-solver. No matter the role, Marla’s strength has always been the same: she forms relationships that last. Clients trust her because she brings honesty, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to every interaction.
