Downtown recovery studio offers companies a full studio buyout for a different kind of year-end celebration

SARASOTA, Fla., October 14, 2026 – Pause Studio Sarasota, the wellness and recovery studio at 101 Links Ave in downtown Sarasota, is now booking private holiday parties for local businesses, teams, and groups. It’s an elevated alternative to the usual restaurant back room or awkward office party.

Private parties give groups of up to 15 guests exclusive access to the entire studio. Guests can try every treatment room: infrared sauna, contrast therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, LED light therapy, and float therapy. Robes, slippers, and fluffy towels are provided, and a registered nurse can be on site for custom IV therapy and vitamin shots for an additional fee.

“Everyone has carried a lot this year, and most holiday parties don’t give people a chance to actually relax,” said d’Alene Fallon, owner of Pause Sarasota. “A Pause party lets the team unwind together and feel better when they walk out than when they walked in. It’s a thank-you people remember.”

Pause Studio Sarasota also offers corporate holiday gifting, including the Pause Pass, the Hero’s Journey experience, and gift cards with bonus value, for businesses that want to go beyond the typical fruit basket for their clients or employees.
