Lisa Adamaitis is the President and Creative Instigator at BrandPronto, a full-service marketing and communications firm that combines smart strategy, strong writing, sharp design, and quick turnaround.

Lisa’s expertise spans brand strategy, corporate communications, and creative design. She has worked on both the corporate and agency sides throughout her career, managing global brand identities and leading marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and growing businesses alike.

Lisa began her career in the late 1980s in New England advertising agencies, while also teaching Advertising Design & Layout and managing the Internship Program at Notre Dame College, where she previously earned her BA in Commercial Art (with a semester abroad at Richmond American University London).

In 1996, she joined Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston as AVP and Manager of Defined Contribution Services’ Graphics Department, later becoming VP and Brand Manager of Corporate Branding & Advertising creating brand standards and companywide education programs. She led its global brand transitions twice – to Zurich Scudder and then to Deutsche Asset Management.

Simultaneously, and growing after 2002, she consulted with Professional Staffer Services (1997–2017) as a project manager and brand ambassador for clients including Intel, Panasonic, AT&T, Olympus, Trend Micro, USGA, and more, traveling nationally and internationally month over month for 20 years.

In 2002, Lisa founded Vaal Design, serving clients for 15 years. She moved to Sarasota, FL in 2007 and added to her business by co-founding Atom Pie Publishing. During this time, she partnered with Smart Content Marketing (2014–2017) to create targeted content for its customers.

In 2017, she joined FCCI Insurance Group in Sarasota as Manager of Corporate Communications, rising to Director of Marketing & Communications in 2020 through 2025.

Lisa’s creative drive continues with the 2025 founding of BrandPronto as she helps organizations build, refresh, and amplify their brands with clarity and confidence.
