Integrity Property Advisory Group (IPAG) is an independent home project advisory and concierge service representing homeowners—not contractors.

When homeowners are facing major projects such as roof replacement, whole house painting, windows and doors, pool cages, pool resurfacing, seawalls, docks and other significant home repairs or replacements, IPAG helps manage the process from start to finish.

We help identify qualified contractors, obtain and compare competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, assist with contractor selection, and coordinate communication, scheduling and related work through project completion.

Major home projects can also involve more than one trade. A roof replacement, for example, may require wood or fascia repairs, painting, gutters, chimney work or pool-cage coordination. IPAG helps homeowners understand what is included, what isn't, and who is responsible for each part of the project.

Our goal is simple: help homeowners make better decisions, save money and time, and reduce the stress of managing major work on their home.
