Whether in a transaction’s pre-sale or post-sale phase, our team members must identify what the customers need versus what we want them to have. When we say S-One is a family, it’s more than just a word. It’s a spirit that stands on the rock of Respect we have for each other. We don’t just treat each other with Respect because it’s a Core Value; we do it because it’s the right thing to do. When we see our team members treating their colleagues, customers, or partners with Respect, we publicly recognize it, no matter how small. The Respect we show people by listening and identifying ways to get better has created a notable cycle of Respect in our industry.
Accountability
We believe that Accountability is the guardrail of leadership that keeps us pointing forward.
