Let’s come together to celebrate the best of Sarasota at Party on the Bay!

Mark your calendars, gather your friends, and experience Sarasota’s waterfront tradition at the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s Party on the Bay on February 27, 2025, from 4:00–7:00 pm at The Powel Crosley Estate. This waterfront celebration is an outstanding opportunity for local businesses, artisans, and restaurants to showcase their offerings. We’ll have vendor booths featuring fresh food and drinks, and entertainment. Whether you’re a business seeking to connect with new customers or a restaurant wanting to tempt taste buds with signature flavors, this event is your chance to shine. For attendees, enjoy live music, unique shopping, delicious cuisine, and more.

Live Entertainment: Dance to the rhythms of music provided by DJ Tony

Food Booths: Indulge in fresh seafood, global cuisine, and sweet treats.

Networking: with fellow Members and Community Partners

Tickets: 

General Admission: Member: $75. Non-Member $90

VIP Tickets: Members only - $100

Include exclusive and reserved parking, access to an exclusive lounge with air conditioning, delicious food and drinks supplied by Irma's Tacos Craft Beer and Tequila Bar in conjunction with Republic National, and a dedicated VIP patio.

• Powel Crosley Estate Grounds Parking:
  • ONLY attendees with a VIP parking pass will be permitted to drive onto the Powel Crosley Estate grounds.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
• General Event Parking:
  • All other attendees should follow the "Event Parking" signs and the directions of our on-site staff.
  • The designated parking area will be located on the left side of Seagate Drive.
  • Car-Pooling when possible is strongly encouraged
• Shuttle Service:
  • Two shuttle vans will be available to transport attendees from the parking area to the Powel Crosley Estate's front entrance.
  • Shuttle service will begin at 4:00 PM.
  • The final shuttle departing the estate will leave at 7:15 PM.
• Walking Option:
  • Walking from the parking area to the Powel Crosley Estate is an option. The walk will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
• Follow Staff Instructions:
  • Please follow all the instructions of the parking staff. They are there to help make this process as easy as possible.
