Unlocking Leadership: Find Your Keys to Lead

We are excited to announce our upcoming 2026 CareerEdge Leadership All Industries Cohort in partnership with Jaime Marco. These interactive training opportunities will help grow individuals to empower their mindset, elevate their skills, and engage their team.

The complete series will include a Kick-Off session and 3 training sessions - for a total of 12 hours of leadership focused professional development.

All sessions except for the Kick-Off will be hosted by our Venue Sponsor:

Kickoff Session: The Starting Point – Creating a Key Mindset for Change
Friday, November 13th | 9:00am to 11:00am: Kickoff session will be hosted at the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. 
This session lays the foundation by helping participants shift from managing tasks to leading with intention. We’ll explore how impactful leadership begins with a key mindset—one rooted in growth, adaptability, and influence. Together, we’ll unlock the self-awareness and team awareness needed to drive meaningful, lasting change. 

Session 1: The Key to Understanding – Styles, Behaviors & Team Dynamics
Friday, November 20th | 9:00am to 12:30pm
Discover your leadership style and communication behavior patterns. Learn how to read the room, build stronger relationships, and adapt to lead a diverse team with clarity and connection.

Session 2: The Key to Clarity – Coaching, Expectations & Accountability
Friday, December 4th | 9:00am to 12:30pm
Great leaders don’t just delegate—they develop. This session focuses on the tools for coaching team members, setting clear expectations, and holding others accountable with empathy and consistency.

Session 3: The Key to Courage – Feedback & Difficult Conversations
Friday, December 11th| 9:00am to 12:30pm
Unlock the confidence to address challenges head-on. You'll gain practical strategies for delivering feedback that fuels growth, navigating tough conversations, and creating a culture of openness and trust.
