Mark your calendars, gather your friends, and join us for one of Sarasota’s most anticipated waterfront traditions at the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s Party on the Bay, taking place February 26, 2026, from 4:00–7:00 pm at the iconic Powel Crosley Estate.

Set against breathtaking bay views, this tropical-inspired evening blends Sarasota’s signature charm with laid back island flair. Guests will enjoy an energetic atmosphere filled with vendor booths showcasing local businesses, artisans, and restaurants, offering fresh flavors, creative bites, and refreshing drinks. Live entertainment and vibrant experiences throughout the estate will keep the celebration going from start to finish.

Whether you’re a business looking to connect with new customers, a restaurant eager to highlight signature flavors, or an attendee ready to sip, sample, and soak in the sunset, Aloha on the Bay is your chance to shine.

Tickets: 

General Admission: Member: $75. Non-Member $90

VIP Tickets: Members only - $100

Include exclusive and reserved parking, access to an exclusive lounge with air conditioning, delicious food and drinks supplied by our VIP Restaurant Sponsor, and a dedicated VIP patio.

• Powel Crosley Estate Grounds Parking:
  • ONLY attendees with a VIP parking pass will be permitted to drive onto the Powel Crosley Estate grounds.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
• General Event Parking:
  • All other attendees should follow the "Event Parking" signs and the directions of our on-site staff.
  • The designated parking area will be located on the left side of Seagate Drive.
  • Car-Pooling when possible is strongly encouraged
• Shuttle Service:
  • Two shuttle vans will be available to transport attendees from the parking area to the Powel Crosley Estate's front entrance.
  • Shuttle service will begin at 4:00 PM.
  • The final shuttle departing the estate will leave at 7:15 PM.
• Walking Option:
  • Walking from the parking area to the Powel Crosley Estate is an option. The walk will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
• Follow Staff Instructions:
  • Please follow all the instructions of the parking staff. They are there to help make this process as easy as possible.

•    Reserve a Vendor Booth: $475 – Promote your business and share your services with hundreds of attendees. All vendor booths will be paired and shared with a Chamber Member Restaurant. (Booth includes two 6-foot tables, table linen, and two event tickets!)  

•    Be a Food Vendor – Restaurants and caterers can serve up their best dishes while engaging with potential customers. (No charge for a Restaurant when partnering with a non-food Chamber Member business.) 

•    Vendors and Sponsors will have access to the parking lot at the Powel Crosley Estate. (1) car per vendor organization. 

•    All other guests and vehicles of the event will need to utilize the USF Parking Lot just outside of the property gates – please look for Chamber Signage as to which area may be utilized

•    Please plan on arriving to load-in between 1:30pm-3:30pm. 

•    The event begins at 4:00pm-7pm. 

•    Each Vendor gets two tickets to the event – please ensure you register the names
