YPG Private Experience at Pause

Enjoy a private two-hour experience at Pause designed to help YPG members relax, recharge, and connect with friends and colleagues while getting a taste of everything Pause has to offer.

During the experience, guests will have private access to the entire studio, including:

• Contrast Therapy
• Sauna
• Cryotherapy
• LED Light Therapy
• Float Therapy

Special Offer: IV Therapy and vitamin shots will be available at 30% off regular rates.

Pause will provide everything you need to stay comfortable throughout the experience, including towels, plush robes, and slippers. Guests should bring athletic attire or a bathing suit—whatever they feel most comfortable wearing. Please note that this is a shared group experience, so treatment suites will not be private.

Rishi teas and functional beverages, including LMNT, will also be available throughout the experience.

An experience like this would normally cost around $1,000 per hour, with individual therapy sessions typically running $85 each.
