Fundraising professionals and nonprofit leaders from across the country will convene in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for three days of fundraising insights, networking, and encouragement at the Everence® Development Conference Sept. 23-25, 2025


The event, which will take place at Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, will feature engaging speakers and proactive practices designed to help fundraising professionals, executive directors, and other faith-focused nonprofit leaders sharpen their fundraising efforts. 


Keynote speakers include: 

  • Dr. Jeff Gingerich, President of St. Bonaventure University on “Money and mission: Fueling purpose, funding impact.” 
  • Michelle Gollapolli, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Food for the Poor on “Voice of the donor.” 
  • Rachel Swartzendruber Miller, Vice President of National Markets at Everence on “Through the donor’s eyes: Insights to elevate your fundraising approach.” 
  • Kevin King, Executive Director of Mennonite Disaster Service on “Stretch out your hand.”


With 22 different workshops offered, fundraising professionals can gain knowledge on a wide variety of topics – including industry burnout, campaign planning, donor relations, organizational culture, and more.
