- Operations Management:
- Oversee day to day operations of the store.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards and procedures.
- Optimize operational efficiency by managing staff, inventory and customer service.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and control costs (labor and food) for the store.
- Identify trends and implement strategies to meet and increase sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and drive sales.
- Understand local market trends and customer preferences to enhance menu offerings and promotions.
- Staff Management and Team Development:
- Recruit, hire and manage staff for the store.
- Provide coaching and guidance for store staff to improve performance.
- Resolve staff queries and issues in a timely manner by working with the HR team.
- Monitor staffing levels and manage scheduling to meet operational requirements.
- Onboard new hires as per company standards and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for training and performance improvement.
- Customer Service and Quality Management:
- Ensure store provides a high level of customer service and food quality.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues, resolving them effectively.
- Perform audits to always ensure compliance with the Franchise quality standards.
- Compliance, HR and Safety:
- Ensure store complies with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Always keep food safety certifications on file and up to date.
- Monitor and implement employee safety standards.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular performance reports to store ownership including sales, staff performance and operations related matters.
