Venice, FL, March 24, 2025 — ArtisTree Landscape Maintenance & Design received three “Best Overall Landscape” awards at the annual Parade of Homes awards gala hosted March 20 by the Suncoast Builders Association.

Landcape Designer Clinton Lak  received two awards for Anchor Builders and Lee Wetherington Homes models, and Designer Chris Culp won for his work on a John Cannon Homes model. ArtisTree designed and installed integrated landscaping to create a rich tour experience.

“The excitement we feel working with builders to extend design past the front door and into the outdoors is why we enjoy collaborating with them so much,” said Joe Mantkowski, ArtisTree Vice President of Design. “Every element, indoor and out, contributes to a beautiful, unified look, and that process has always been very gratifying to us.”

Founded in 1990, ArtisTree Landscape Maintenance & Design specializes in planned community/commercial maintenance and landscape design/installation. It was acquired by Tampa-based Sunrise Landscape in 2023 and serves Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and South Hillsborough counties.
