The Mortise and Tenon Award, introduced in 2022 by DutchCrafters Founder and CEO Jim Miller, recognizes employees who provide essential behind-the-scenes support.

Samantha Ammeson, a Marketplace Optimization Specialist, joined DutchCrafters in 2020. She ensures accurate product presentation across e-commerce platforms, optimizes products across the DutchCrafters’ Amazon store, and maintains a 97% seller score while managing inventory, data, and customer service.

Tracie Richter, a Fulfillment Coordinator since 2021, plays a crucial role in ensuring orders are shipped efficiently from the LaGrange warehouse. Tracie's attention to detail, speed, and care ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
