SARASOTA, FL – June 4, 2026 – Holliday Group is proud to announce the completion of the Hexrock Climbing Gym, which will officially open its doors to the public in four days on June 8. We are incredibly grateful to the Hexrock team for the opportunity to partner on this project and bring a world-class climbing facility to our community.

The 23,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building is built from the ground up to serve everyone from beginners to Olympic-level athletes. The project features an 18,800-square-foot indoor climbing academy, a 2,600-square-foot mezzanine viewing area, dual yoga studios, a fitness space, a podcasting room, and full locker rooms. Holliday Group also constructed a 4,200-square-foot warehouse addition at the back of the building, which offers flexible rental space for local businesses.

This successful build was led by Project Manager Patrick Graham and Superintendent Ian Linn, whose hard work was key to delivering this impressive facility.

Because of its innovative construction and design, the Hexrock Climbing Gym project has been submitted to SRQ Magazine’s 4walls Competition and the FHBA’s Aurora Awards.
