What to Expect?

Expert Facilitators
We have experience implementing skills-based hiring and coaching others to use these practices at their own organizations.

Practical Application
During the training, each participant will identify an open role and create a job description, interview guide and plan for sourcing applicants for that position.

Interactive Sessions
Attendees will participate in customized hands-on learning experiences. There will be time for Q&A and opportunities to apply concepts in practice.

The Program

Training Sessions
Two 90-minute Sessions will cover key content and include hands-on exercises focusing on:

• Identifying and defining the skills needed for specific roles
• Writing job descriptions that reflect real competencies
• Designing a skills-based interview process
• Selecting candidates based on ability
• Onboarding and developing new hires

Participants are expected to attend all sessions or review sessions recordings.

• On-demand learning to reinforce concepts
• Opportunities to collaborate and share with colleagues
• Resources library for additional content, templates and examples
