What to Expect?
Expert Facilitators
We have experience implementing skills-based hiring and coaching others to use these practices at their own organizations.
Practical Application
During the training, each participant will identify an open role and create a job description, interview guide and plan for sourcing applicants for that position.
Interactive Sessions
Attendees will participate in customized hands-on learning experiences. There will be time for Q&A and opportunities to apply concepts in practice.
